What will I learn?

You will learn Online Techniques and Sources for tracing your family history using traditional and online records and methods

Will there be homework?  Yes,

You will be given a weekly syllabus with information and websites which will enhance your Online Genealogical experience

Will there be testing? Yes-

Successfully identifying your ancestors and building a Tree is your test and your reward!

Will I receive a Grade? Yes, based 10% on attendance, 90% on classwork

A: 90-100 Points

B: 80-89 Points

C: 70-79 Points

D: 60-69 Points

F: 0-59 Points

What do I need for the class?

You will need comfortable appropriate attire for surfing the Internet

You will need a computer with email and Internet accessibility

You will need a library card to access library catalogs and websites
